Why the dimensions
Packed dimensions decide which size tier a product falls into at the fulfilment network, and the size tier decides whether it is viable at all. The tier changes on a half inch. Without them, a quote cannot be placed against the others, and it stays out of the comparison.
The same applies to packed weight, and to the carton count per pallet. They decide whether an order is possible.
How this works
Sarus qualifies two factories per product family. The rule is standing, and it applies to every supplier equally.
First contact is by email, in English. A first reply covers what you make, in which materials, and your packed dimensions on a comparable reference. Prices come after that, once there is something specific to price.
